New above ground pool vs used above ground pool

This is a question I have been asked a lot this season. I know that people are trying to save money and times are tough for everyone but to be honest by the time you buy a new liner , have the pool installed, etc you could add a little more to the total cost and have a NEW ABOVE GROUND POOL with a warranty and know that the pool will last you for many years to come.
